Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and ORQESTRA ("ORQESTRA", "we") for using ORQESTRA at https://orqestra.agency. By creating an account or using ORQESTRA you agree to them. If you use ORQESTRA for a band, label or company, you agree on its behalf.
1. What ORQESTRA does
ORQESTRA gives independent artists a team of AI agents that plan releases, draft marketing and content, research opportunities, review track measurements and prepare budgets. The agents prepare drafts and recommendations. Anything that posts, sends, spends money, signs an agreement or affects rights waits for a person on your team to approve it, and you carry it out yourself.
2. AI output
The agents use AI models, which can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially numbers, dates, contacts, legal or financial points, and leads found on the web. ORQESTRA is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice.
3. Your account and your team
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate account details. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- The owner of a workspace controls it: who's invited, their roles, the plan and billing. Owners are responsible for the people they invite.
- Seats, artists and agent runs are limited by your plan, as shown on the pricing and billing pages.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the music, writing, data and other material you add ("your content") and to what the agents produce for you. You give us permission to store, process and send your content to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only to run ORQESTRA for you. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload and to anything you publish using ORQESTRA.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use ORQESTRA to break the law; infringe anyone's rights; send spam or deceptive messages; harass anyone; build a competing product from our service; or probe, overload or get around its security and limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Plans, free trials and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are on the pricing page and in Billing.
- A free trial lasts 14 days with a limited number of agent runs and needs a payment method. Unless you cancel before it ends, your plan starts and you're charged. You can also start your plan early, which charges you that day.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges you, collects sales tax or VAT where it applies and issues receipts. Link's terms also apply to your payment.
- You can change plan or cancel any time in Billing. Cancelling stops renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. New prices apply from your next renewal; existing subscriptions keep their price until then.
7. Third-party services
ORQESTRA links to and works alongside services like streaming platforms, social networks and calendars. We aren't affiliated with them, and their terms govern your use of them.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using ORQESTRA and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@orqestra.agency. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we're required to close by law, and will tell you why when we can.
9. Disclaimers and liability
ORQESTRA is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
10. Changes and governing law
We'll tell you about material changes to these terms by email or in ORQESTRA before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
